The business plan shows the plan for a VOIP business to be set up in Nabweru, in Uganda. The business will involve selling a VOIP service over a network of three key partners. The service will be made free for the first month to arouse and identify demand. This will also help the Community Wireless Resource Centre (CWRC) to get acquainted with the billing software before implementation.
