This document presents the CWRC Outcome Mapping Plan to manage the implementation, monitoring and learning from the CWRC-Kabale Wireless Africa Project. The first draft of this document was developed during the August 2008 Wireless Africa Workshop in Ghana. However, in November 2008, it was agreed to use the Nabweru Telecentre as a pilot site for the project. This was primarily because of the large distance between the CWRC and Kabale, which would make it expensive for the CWRC to test out the various technologies and models. Information from the project implementation in Nabweru will be shared on the CWRC-l mailing list.
