It is now time to follow up on the technical training that was given in November, and take it to the next step, Implementation. A hand-ful of projects have reported that they have started playing with the equipment, but we have not received any information about any real implementation plans.

Next time we meet will be May 2009 during the 2nd Sharing Workshop. The main purpose of that workshop will be to share the knowledge and
experience you have gained since last time we met. Each project will have a chance to showcase their achievements to donors and members of
the Wireless Community.

Between now and May, IT46 will be able to visit 1-2 projects to support them in the implementation of a VoIP solution. The support we can give
is a week's joint implementation, troubleshooting, and some specialized training. In order to receive our support, we want to see (1) a Technical plan and (2) a Business Plan that supports your idea. The technical plan should include a detailed technical solution and a roll-out plan.

We will select the projects that provide the most solid technical and business plan. We hope that you are up for the challenge, and we are looking forward to receive your plans!
